Automation Equipment Sales was started in 1986 to handle Sales, Engineering, and Project Management of Electrical Control Systems for the Materials Handling Industry.  Today we offer complete turn-key electrical control systems including, Design, Engineering, Programming, Custom Built Control Panels, Electrical Installation, and Start-Up.

Over the years we have completed many different types of control systems for materials handling projects:

• Package Handling Systems for Distribution Centers from simple traffic control to automatic sortation systems using bar code readers.

• Pallet Handling Systems including interfacing with vertical reciprocating conveyors for moving product to and from different levels.

• Production Line Conveyors with automatic control of product on the line and through special machines.

• Baggage Handling Conveyors for the Airline Industry.

• Coal Handling Conveyors for Coal Processing and Cleaning.

• Automatic Control of Feeders, Augers, and Hoppers, with Infeed/Outfeed Conveyors.

• Automatic Car Wash Systems.

• Lumber and Pallet mill conveyors for cutting, sizing, and sorting logs and cants.

• Controls for Automatic Air Compressors & Pumping Systems.

• Special Machine Controls to assemble products including controlling robots.

• Vision Systems for identifying parts for cleaning. Interfacing with robots.

• Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor Control Packages with automatic control of AC Drives.
